Panj Takht Tour – This Five-day Panj Takht Yatra guided Sikh pilgrimage tour will begin from Aurangabad (Maharashtra) where you will visit and even stay in the first Takht, Hazur Sahib. When in Hazur Sahib, you will explore the complex, attend the famous evening aarti and enjoy the laser & dancing musical fountain show. During your two-day stay at the Hazur Sahib, you will also visit the Gurudwara Shri Nanak Jhira Sahib, which is located inBidar, Karnataka. Bidar has a strong association with Sikhism as this is the hometown of Bhai Sahib Singh, one of the PanjPyare (five beloved ones), who were the first members of Khalsa. On the third day of the tour, you will drive to Aurangabad, only after exploring the other Gurudwaras of Nanded. From Aurangabad, you will board a flight for Patna to visit the second Panj Takht, Takht Sri Patna Sahib, the place where Gobind Singh, the tenth Sikh Guru, was born. Continuing the trip further, you will board a flight from Patna to Delhi and then drive to Bhatinda to see the Takht Sri Damdama Sahib. In 1705, the full version of Sri Guru Granth Sahib was prepared in Takht Sri Damdama Sahib by Guru Gobind Singh. A visit to all other gurudwaras of Bhatinda is also included in this trip. From Bhatinda, drive to Amritsar, which is home to Sikhism’s holiest shrine, the spectacular Golden Temple. Harmandir Sahib alias Golden temple is home to the Akal Takht, which was constituted by the Sixth Guru, Guru Hargobind). Following a trip to Amritsar, drive to Ropar to see the last Takht of the trip, Takht Sri Keshgarh Sahib, located in the Anandpur Sahib.   1. Day 1 Chandigarh to Amritsar

    Arrival in Amritsar

    On arrival in Amritsar, meet our representative and get transferred to the hotel. Later, leave for Golden Temple (Harmandir Sahib). In the evening, you are free to spend the time at your leisure. You can try out Amritsari Naan which can be found in the local dhabas and restaurants. Overnight stay at Hotel.

  2. Day 2 Amritsar

    After breakfast, visit Jallianwala Bagh. This historical area is known for the massacre commissioned by General Dyer, during the British Rule. Later visit to Maharaja Ranjit singh panorama (museum) and mata lal devi temple (replica of vaishno devi temple katra ). After lunch visit Wagah border. The guard changing ceremony every evening in the India- Pakistan border is the highlight of the area. By late evening, you return to the hotel room for overnight stay.

  3. Day 3 Amritsar - Bhatinda

    After breakfast drive for Bhatinda, Visit Takht Sri Damdama Sahib – Damdama Sahib is situated in the village of Talwandi Sabo near Bhatinda. a small town 28 km southeast of Bathinda in Punjab, is sacred to the Sikhs as the seat of one of their five takhats or centers of highest religious authority. Damdama Sahib, a place of repose where the Guru had some respite after a period of continuous turmoil, was visited successively by Guru Tegh Bahadur. Overnight at Hotel in Bhatinda.

  4. Day 4 Bhatinda - Sirhind - Anandpur Sahib

    After breakfast drive for Anandpur Sahib – Keshgarh Sahib is situated at Anandpur. It is the birthplace of the Khalsa. The Khalsa order was founded here by Guru Gobind Singh in 1699. Some of the weapons of Guru Gobind Singh are displayed here Also visit Gurudwara Sirhind by road which is roughly 85 km in distance and highlights the driving route from Anandpur Sahib to Sirhind. Sirhind was for this reason the accurst city in the eyes of the Sikhs. Mobilized under the flag of Banda Singh Bahadur after the death of Guru Gobind Singh in November 1708, they made a fierce attack upon Sirhind. overnight stay in Anandpur Sahib.

  5. Day 5 Anandpur Sahib – Delhi

    At Morning Reach Anandpur Sahib Railway Station and Transfer to Delhi by car afternoon reach Delhi. Check in hotel. Evening at your leisure. Overnight stay in Delhi.

  6. Day 6 Delhi - Nanded

    At Morning Reach New Delhi Railway Station and Transfer to Delhi Airport by car then Transfer to Nanded by Flight, afternoon reach Nanded transfer to Takht Sri Hazur Sahib Gurudwara by car, Night Stay at Hotel in Nanded.

  7. Day 7 Nanded- Bidar-Hyderabad

    Breakfast at Sarai, time to visit Takht Sachkhand Sri Hazur Sahib. Later drive to Bidar, Bidar is attributed to the Sultan Ala-ud-Din Bahman Shah the first sultan of the Bahmani dynasty to 1427 when he shifted his capital from Gulbarga to Bidar since it had better climatic conditions and was also a fertile and fruit bearing land. Later drive to evening reach Hyderabad check in at hotel.Overnight stay at hotel in Hyderabad.

  8. Day 8 Patna Sahib Gurudwara

    After breakfast visit Takht Sri Patna Sahib built in remembrance of the birthplace of Guru Gobind Singh Ji, the tenth Guru of the Sikhs on 22 December 1666. It was built by Maharaja Ranjit Singh (1780-1839), the first Maharaja of the Sikh Empire, who also built many other Gurdwara’s in India and Pakistan. It was here at Takhat Patna Sahib, that Guru Gobind Singh, the tenth Sikh Guru was born in 1666. . Rest time for personal activities relax. Overnight at hotel.

  9. Day 9 Patna Sahib to Chandigarh

    After Breakfast shall going to home railway station for your onward journey.
